PLEASE NOTE:
- Commissioner of Oaths Rates for affirming a document are fixed by the Senate of the Singapore Academy of Law. In addition to these fixed fees charged by the Commissioner of Oaths, a Service Fee (from S$100.00) applies for our assistance in booking the appointment with the Commissioner of Oaths and to cover the Commissioner’s time to read and understand, or draft, the documents being signed and witnessed.
- Notary Public Rates are fixed and set out under the First Schedule of the Notaries Public Rules.
- With effect from 1 October 2019, it is mandatory by law for all notarised documents to be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).
- Pursuant to the Singapore Academy of Law (Amendment) Rules 2019 and Notaries Public (Amendment) Rules 2019, which take effect on 1 October 2019, the Notarial Certificate can only be issued via SAL’s e-Register upon payment of the authentication fee of S$86.40. This procedure is required even if you are not submitting your document(s) to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign Embassy or the foreign recipient does not require SAL authentication.
- In addition to the fixed fees charged by Notary Public, we charge a Process Agent Fee from S$150.00 per set of documents for overseas use. Please ask us for a quote if you need any documents to be authenticated by an Embassy or at a Consulate Office.
- All fees quoted above exclude 8% GST.
